Ayurveda or in translation, knowledge of life covers four aspects of man: soul, mind, emotions and body. This means that a person is treated comprehensively, teaches him how to live in harmony with nature, and helps him to live healthy. It covers all aspects of health as it promotes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Explain how our thoughts, diet and lifestyle influence our physical state.
